Volunteering Drop-In Sessions

There has been some changes to the times and venues of our volunteering drop-in sessions across Calderdale.

They are now:

Mondays – King Cross Library – 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Tuesdays – Todmorden Library – 10am – noon

Wednesdays – Sowerby Bridge Library – 10:30am – noon

Wednesdays – Brighouse, Wellholme Children’s Centre (Bradford Road) – 3:15pm – 4:45pm

Thursdays – Halifax, Voluntary Action Calderdale (Hall Street) – noon – 3pm

All of the drop-in sessions apart from the one held at Voluntary Action Calderdale requires an appointment, To make an appointment please call 01422 348777.

Calling Lower Valley Voluntary and Community Organisations

Come along to the Brighouse Adult Learning Centre on Wednesday 28^th March from 5pm-7pm to find out how YOUR local Volunteer Centre can help YOUR voluntary and community organisation. Members of Voluntary Action Calderdale’s Volunteer Centre team will be there to provide advice and support on:

• Volunteer Recruitment
• Volunteer Management & Development
• Safeguarding and CRB checks

 All you have to do is drop-in at anytime from 5pm-7pm at the Brighouse Adult Learning Centre, Church Lane, Brighouse HD6 1AT on Wednesday 28^th March.
